I. Environmental Protection
Green and low-carbon development and green procurement constitute a core tenet of the international energy supply chain. We call upon all suppliers to proactively implement green governance requirements, embedding low-carbon principles, resource efficiency, and eco-friendly practices throughout the entire production and delivery process, thereby jointly building a green supply chain.
1.Environmental Governance. Establish robust environmental management systems aligned with international best practices and local compliance requirements.
2.Decarbonization and Energy Management. Advance greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and continuously optimize energy mix management.
3.Pollution Control and Resource Efficiency. Intensify pollution prevention and waste management efforts while improving resource productivity to establish a circular economy framework.
4.Biodiversity and Ecological Conservation. Enhance ecological management, mitigate deforestation and non-compliant land use throughout operations, and protect ecological environments.

II. Labor and Human Rights
Labor protection, human rights and workplace safety are key components of sustainable supply chain management. We require all partners to comply with relevant rules and standardize employment practices.
1.Health and Safety: Guided by a people-oriented mindset, we apply stringent health and safety standards across the global energy supply chain. All suppliers shall maintain safe, healthy and humane working conditions. 
2.Labor Rights: Suppliers shall comply with applicable labor laws, human rights conventions and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) principles. We commit to an equal, dignified and harmonious workplace, with zero tolerance for forced labor, child labor, discrimination, harassment and illegal employment
3.Wages and Benefits: Suppliers must provide legally required wages and benefits to safeguard the sustainable operation of the value chain.

III. Business Ethics
Integrity and compliance form the bedrock of enduring partnerships within the global energy industry. We call upon all suppliers to rigorously uphold the highest ethical standards, adhering to both local laws and international trade regulations. By championing fair competition and honoring contractual commitments, we shall collectively foster a transparent, standardized, and sound global business ecosystem.
1.Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interest. Strictly comply with applicable laws and international compliance standards. Maintain a zero-tolerance stance against all forms of malpractice, including bribery, corruption, extortion, kickbacks, and money laundering.
2.Fair Competition. Adhere rigorously to antitrust, fair trade, and market competition laws and regulations to safeguard the sound and orderly development of the industry.
3.Honoring Contracts. Uphold the spirit of good faith and abide by all cooperation commitments, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of all stakeholders across the value chain.
