In early August, Valor Econômico (the most important outlet for economy, finance and business in Brazil) and PwC's Strategy& strategic consultancy released the results of the 9th edition of the "Valor Inovação Brasil 2023" award, which recognizes and lists the 150 companies with the best innovation practices in various areas of acting. According to the survey, compared to 2022,  CTG Brasil advanced 22 positions in the general ranking of the award, occupying position number 100 in the list of the 150 most innovative companies in Brazil.

The ranking is based on five pillars of the innovation chain: intention to innovate, effort to innovate, results obtained, market assessment and knowledge generation. The objective is to analyze how each of these pillars is built in companies located in Brazil and how this is reflected in the innovation practices of each participant. The survey evaluates, in a consistent and systematic manner, the innovation practices of companies that operate in the country in different economic activities.

It is worth highlighting that CTG Brasil also currently occupies the 6th position among companies in the energy sector. This performance confirms the strategic role of innovation for the Company's 100% clean and renewable energy business, contributing to the acceleration of the energy transition and meeting the challenges of our customers, the electricity sector and society. “At CTG Brasil, we understand that innovating is transforming the future.
